Sanjay has spent a total of 8 years in Nirulas and is currently working as a Director - Business Development & Projects. He completed his B.E (Mechanical Engineering) from Bangalore University and MBA with specialization in Operations from IGNOU. He also completed his Diploma in Marketing Management and Construction Management.

Sanjay has over 17 years experience largely in the hospitality industry and has worked in various Organizations including Modern Food Industries (I) Ltd, Domino's Pizza India limited and Devyani International Limited.

Chief Financial Officer

Shikha is working as a Chief Financial Officer since November 2009. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has also completed her Certificate in Management Studies from Oxford Wolsey Hall University, UK in 1993.

She comes with varied experience of 19 years in organizations including Avis India (Joint Venture between East India Hotels Limited and Avis Europe), British Airways Plc. and SRF Limited.

Ritu is working as a Vice President - Marketing since October 2010. She completed B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi University and MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Ritu has over 8 years experience in building global brands. She has worked in various companies such as Nestle, Coca-Cola and Diageo India Ltd.

Vice President - Operations

Ajay is working as a Vice President - Operations since February 2008. He completed his Diploma in Hotel Management from Pusa, New Delhi. He is a certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 from LRQA. Ajay has over 20 years of rich experience in the hospitality and retail industry with reputed names such as Reliance Industries Limited, ITDC, Apollo Hospitals, and Amoretto's Retail and has also worked with Somprasong Land Public Co. Ltd in Bangkok.

	J. S. Grover js.grover@nirulas.com Vice President-Legal and Liaison Jaspal is working as a Vice President - Legal & Liaison since 1974. He is a graduate in Hotel Management. Subsequently he completed his diploma in Hotel Resort & Restaurant Management and Business Management from Canada. Before joining Nirulas, Jaspal worked with Spadina Hotel and Merck Sharp & Dohme in Canada.

Nitasha is a commerce graduate. She has been certified by Thomas International as an assessor and administrator for psychological assessment of different profiles. Nitasha has over 13 years of varied experience under HR domain. She has worked in various companies such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Bharti Telesoft and iGATE Global Solutions to name a few.

General Manager- Quality Assurance

Bibhuti is working as a General Manager - Quality Assurance. He is a Graduate (B.Sc) in Dairy Technology from SG Institute of Dairy Technology and a post graduate (M.Sc) is Dairying (Dairy Chemistry) from SMC College of Dairy Science. He is a certified Lead Auditor from BVQI.

Bibhuti has over 18 years of experience in various organizations including Taj SATS Air Catering Limited, Vadilal Industries Limited, Mother Dairy, (Gandhinagar) and Parsi Dairy Farm to name a few.
