Terms & conditions:
  1. The Nirula’s IPL Scratch Card Promotion (“Offer”) is valid from 10/03/2010 (10th March 2010) till 11/04/2010 (11th April 2010) in Delhi NCR locations and from 12/03/2010 (12th March 2010) till 11/04/2010 (11th April 2010), (both days included) in outstation locations or until stocks last, whichever is earlier, at Nirula’s Family Style Restaurants (“Outlets”) only.

  2. The Offer is valid in the State of Delhi, the NCR (Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad), Panipat, Jaipur, Madhopur, Dehradun & Indore.

  3. Purchase of any Nirula’s Coke Combo shall entitle the customer to one (1) Scratch Card Coupon (“Coupon”).

  4. Customer must scratch the two silver grey portions in the Coupon, to reveal his/her gift(s) and/or the mechanism to redeem the offer.

  5. This Offer is valid for dine-in and home delivery orders.

  6. The Coupon with the offer and any part thereof, is non transferable, non-exchangeable and non en-cashable.

  7. Photocopies of the Coupon will not be valid.

  8. This Offer and/or any of its terms may be terminated/ altered, at any time, at absolute discretion of Nirula’s Corner House Private Limited (“Nirula’s”) and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited (“HCCBPL”) at any time, without prior intimation.

  9. Stocks are available without this Offer, as well.

  10. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/scheme/promotion of HCCBPL and/or Nirula’s.

  11. Employees of Nirula’s, HCCBPL and associated agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

  12. Any participation in this Offer is purely voluntary and shall be deemed as acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this Offer.

  13. “Scratch Card Area 1” will hereby refer to the scratch card area to the top of the perforation & “Scratch Card Area 2” will hereby refer to the scratch card area at the bottom of the perforation.

  14. For offers available in Scratch Card Area 1
    1. After discovering the offer/ code printed in Scratch Card Area 1, the customer needs to perform the following steps to avail the offer:

      1. In case the customer has won a Delhi Daredevils gift merchandize or a Nirula’s discount:

        1. If the customer has won a Delhi Daredevils gift merchandize or a Nirula’s discount through a dine-in order, the customer must handover the original scratch card to the cashier to avail the offer (in case of a discount offer - the customer can avail it in the next order) and retain the original bill.

        2. If the customer has won a Delhi Daredevils gift merchandize or a Nirula’s discount through a delivery order, the customer must handover the original scratch card to the cashier (at the outlet mentioned in the delivery bill order) along with the original bill to avail the offer (in case of a discount offer - the customer can avail it in the next order).

        3. In order to avail a Nirula’s discount, the customer must announce the coupon offer before placing the next order in both dine-in & delivery.

        4. Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited (“HCCBPL”) and Nirula’s Corner House Pvt. Ltd., are neither liable nor does guarantee the quality of any gifts offered under this Scratch Card Offer.

      2. In case the customer has won an IPL match ticket or a trip to Bali:

        1. The customer needs to SMS <NIRULAS>space<serial number of the coupon> to 56161.

        2. Upon receipt of the SMS, the same shall be verified by Nirula’s backend operation and a return SMS will be send to the customer in a few days with the process details.

        3. The customer needs to retain the scratch card for future reference.

        4. The SMS and other services (including call center queries) of the same are being managed by Nirula’s Corner House Pvt. Limited.

  15. After discovering the 9-digit code (“code”) printed in Scratch Card Area 2, the customer needs to perform the following steps to participate in the offer:
      1. SMS <KODD>space<code> to 58558 to receive a password.

      2. Using the mobile number as a user ID with the received password, the customer can log on to www.delhidaredevils.com/cokedaredevils to become a member of the Coke Daredevils, the official Delhi Daredevils Fan Club, owned by GMR Sports Private Limited (hereby referred as GMR).

      3. The customer can also log on directly to www.delhidaredevils.com/cokedaredevils using the code.

    2. The SMS and other services (including call center queries and email queries) of the same are being managed by CONTESTS2WIN. COM INDIA PVT LTD. (“C2W”).

    3. On receipt of the SMS or an entry via www.delhidaredevils.com/cokedaredevils the same shall be thoroughly checked and verified by C2W, in collaboration with GMR’s backend operation.

  16. To participate in the “Meet Gautam Gambhir Contest”, the customer needs to do the following:
    1. SMS <NIRULAS>space<MGG>space<Name> to 56161.

    2. Upon receipt of the SMS, the same shall be verified by Nirula’s backend operation and a acknowledgment SMS will be send to the customer.

    3. The winners of this contest will be notified later through a SMS with the process details.
